Compatibility is a solved problem.

The first thing I noticed was how effortless it felt.
No awkward pauses. No nervous adjustments. No uncertainty about what came next. Every word landed exactly where it was supposed to, like we’d rehearsed a version of each other long before we met. I remember thinking this must be what chemistry looks like when it finally works.
I didn’t ask who designed the date. There was no reason to. It already knew me better than I knew myself.
